Construction of a new two storey clubhouse building comprising changing rooms, meeting rooms, offices and associated facilities.

The works consist of extra deep strip foundations due to ground conditions, cavity wall construction, plaster finish, precast slabs and stairs and roof cladding with associated mechanical and electrical installations and external works.
