Job Title: Install Crew Foreman (on the Warmer Homes Scheme)
Salary: Competitive Salary Paid, depending on relevant experience.

Start Date: As soon as possible.
Location: Head Office in Coolmine, Dublin 15. The Warmer Homes Scheme works area varies and will
be primarily based in the Dublin and Greater Dublin Area.
Reporting To: Warmer Homes Scheme Contract Project Manager.

management. We operate primarily in the greater Dublin area. We cover a range of projects across
the healthcare, residential, commercial & refurbishment sectors. By maintaining strong relationships
with our clients most of our contracts are repeat business. We strive to maintain and deliver an
excellent standard of work for all clients.

WHS Site Manager Role & Responsibilities:
Moston carry out Deep Retrofit work on behalf of the SEAI (Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland),
and we have a large pipeline of Homes that require Retrofit. We are operating on a Framework that
runs until the end of 2030, with guaranteed work. We have operated on the WHS Framework for
SEAI since 2008.


The WHS Install Crew Foreman is responsible for managing the Deep Retrofit works at individual
Homes, which include the following measures: External Wall Insulation and associated Scaffolding,
Internal Wall Insulation (i.e. Drylining), Plumbing, Heating and Controls upgrades, Attic and Cavity
Wall Insulation, Associated Ventilation Measures and Air Tightness Testing.


Moston will provide Mentoring from our experienced staff in all aspects of the Scheme, to ensure a
smooth transition into the role. The WHS Install Crew Foreman will work alongside 4 other
experienced WHS Install Crew Foreman, and report directly to Moston’s WHS Contract Project
Manager. They will also have the full back up of Moston’s Head Office Team – WHS Office
Administrators, Purchasing Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Safety Manager, Quality Manager, and
Plant Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a Team in conjunction with the other Moston Office and Site based staff, the Moston Direct WHS Team members, and Moston’s Subcontractor’s in order to achieve project success.
  • Liaising with Homeowners to ensure they are kept informed throughout the works progress.
  • Liaise with Moston’s Safety Manager and Safety Auditor to ensure all safety systems are in place and abided by site staff.

Qualification & Education Requirements:

  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Being open to learning on the job. Mentoring will be provided by Moston.
  • Computer literacy and good administration skills are essential to this role.
  • Industry experience working on either Deep Retrofit or the SEAI’s WHS scheme would be advantageous, but not essential – please give details of your previous role & responsibilities.
  • Ability to work as part of a Team is essential.
