– Payroll & Assistant Account Manager
Job Title: Payroll & Assistant Account Manager
Salary: €40,000 – €45,000 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: 39 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP (will accommodate notice periods for the right candidate)
Location: Coolmine Industrial Estate, Dublin (In-office, Monday to Friday)
Role & Responsibilities:
This is a permanent role within an established building company. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of statutory payroll legislation, VAT, RCT & PAYE Returns; Pension administraion & Livecost experience is preferred but not essential. Mentoring will be provided by our experienced Accounts Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll: Manage payroll for 49 staff, preferably using Sage 50. Knowledge of VAT, RCT, and PAYE returns is required.
- Assistant to Accounts Manager: Provide support, with high attention to detail.
- Creditors: Manage invoice posting for Creditors.
- Teamwork & Organization: Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
- Accountancy Qualification (I.A.T.I / A.A.T).
- 3+ years of Accountancy experience.
- Strong knowledge of statutory payroll legislation.
- Proficiency in SAGE, SAGE Micropay, MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
- Knowledge of pension administration and Livecosts is advantageous.

Job Title: Retrofit Foreman
Salary: Competitive Salary Paid, depending on relevant experience.

Location: Head Office in Coolmine, Dublin 15. The Retrofit Department work location varies and will
be primarily based in the Dublin and Greater Dublin Area.
Retrofit Department Foreman Role & Responsibilities:
Moston carry out Deep Retrofit work on behalf of the SEAI (Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland), and we have a large pipeline of Homes that require Retrofit upgrades.
The Retrofit Foreman is responsible for managing the Deep Retrofit works which include the following measures: External Wall Insulation and associated Scaffolding, Internal Wall Insulation (i.e. Drylining), Plumbing, Heating Pump upgrades, Solar panel Installation, Attic and Cavity Wall Insulation, Associated Ventilation Measures and Air Tightness Testing.
Moston will provide Mentoring from our experienced staff in all aspects of the Retrofit Upgrade works, to ensure a smooth transition into the role. The Retrofit Foreman will work alongside 6 other experienced Retrofit Formean, and report directly to Moston’s Retrofit Department Head . They will also have the full back up of Moston’s Head Office Team – WHS Office Administrators, Purchasing Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Safety Manager, Quality Manager, and Plant Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work as part of a Team in conjunction with the other Moston Office and Site based staff, the Moston Direct Retrofit Department Team members, and Moston’s Subcontractor’s in order to achieve project success.
· Liaising with Homeowners to ensure they are kept informed throughout the works progress.
· Liaise with Moston’s Safety Manager and Safety Auditor to ensure all safety systems are in place and abided by site staff.
Qualification & Education Requirements:
· Good organisational and communication skills
· Being open to learning on the job. Mentoring will be provided by Moston.
· Computer literacy and good administration skills are essential to this role.
· Industry experience working on either Deep Retrofit or the SEAI scheme’s would be advantageous, but not essential – please give details of your previous role & responsibilities.
· Ability to work as part of a team is essential.
