Lower Mount Street, Dublin 2
The project consisted of fitting out 4 floors of Office space within the live Clanwilliam House office block, with a total gross floor area of circa 2600 sq metres. The fit out works involved new mechanical and electrical installations, new partitions and joinery, suspended ceilings, carpet and vinyl flooring, kitchenette’s at each floor level, new canteen to the 4th floor, new blinds and complete office furniture fit out.
