The project consisted of the construction of a new 1000m2 single storey Archive Building comprising repository, offices and ancillary accommodation, and associated site development works to pavements, parking, internal boundaries and landscaping.
Internal and external plant consisting of water tanks, HVAC equipment, solar PV panels and gaseous fire suppression system. The internal fit-out included office furniture and fittings, and specialist large-scale electrically-driven motorised mobile shelving.
