New Living, Education & Care Facility for children with mental and physical disabilities. The project involved the demolition of existing buildings and roads and the construction of nine special care units, the partial demolition, and complete refurbishment of the existing Day Care Centre and construction of a new Day Care Facility complete with full catering kitchen for the staff and residents. Construction of a new ring road with extensive soft and hard landscaping throughout the site. All of these works were undertaken while the school was kept fully operational.
