This project included window maintenance, refurbishment works, painting & decorating, mechanical and electrical works. The unit was located on the second floor level of a three-storey building. The adjoining floors on the ground and first floor level were occupied. As such no works affected other tenants’ access or escape routes at any time during the project. The second floor unit to which the works related to were vacant for commencement of the works.
