The project consisted of the erection of 59 houses, associated site works and landscaping. The construction of the houses involved piles with ground beams supporting a precast concrete ground floor slab with timber framing and brick/block rendered outer leaf with slate roof and all associated Mechanical & Electrical Services.
Moston undertook this project on a “Design, Build & Finance” arrangement, which also included organising the final sale of the units.
