The project involved the fitting-out of the second floor of the Nutgrove Retail Park to accommodate a Primary Care Centre for the HSE. The works included clearing out, demolition, the provision of all partitioning, joinery, sanitary ware, ceilings, external walls, glazing and landscaping as well as mechanical, electrical, IT services and all associated site works. The work was carried out in a live retail park above live retail units.
