This project was a design and build upgrade of large 4-storey document storage warehouse and associated office space including new 834m2 fire rated floor and complete racking re-fit, fire and DAC upgrade to existing office area including all services and finishes. This project involved working very closely with our Client to facilitate ongoing daily access to files during the full duration of the work.
