The works consisted of Residential, Administration and Archive buildings arranged around an external Courtyard. Due to the nature of the site, extensive piling and fill were required along with retaining walls throughout the development.The development also provides for a Car-Port with 8 No enclosed car-parking spaces, 11 No. external car-spaces, a landscaped Courtyard and gardens.
